Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of 915 Deals (915deals.com), a map of specials and deals in El Paso, Texas (“915 Deals,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who can use 915 Deals
You must be at least 13 to use the site and at least 18 to buy a membership, list a business, or buy Featured placement. Deals involving alcohol are for adults 21 and over only. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive. 915 Deals doesn’t sell alcohol or anything else on the map.
Deals are offered by the businesses, not by us
Every special and coupon on the map is offered by the business named on it. We gather deals from the businesses themselves and from their own public pages, and we check them as best we can, but businesses can change or end a deal at any time. A deal on the map is not a guarantee, and the business always has the final say on what it honors, including limits, exclusions, and fine print. Please confirm before you order. 915 Deals is not a party to anything you buy from a business and isn’t responsible for its products, services, prices, or conduct. If a deal isn’t honored, report it on the map and we’ll look into it.
Accounts
Browsing is free, with no account needed. A paid membership adds members-only coupons, sorting, saved spots, alerts and the weekly savings-plan email. You’re responsible for keeping the email or Google account you sign in with secure. Coupons are for personal use, one redemption per visit unless the deal says otherwise, and may not be sold or transferred.
Memberships and billing
Automatic renewal. Paid memberships are billed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You agree to that renewal when you check out.
Free trials. If your plan starts with a free trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged at all.
Canceling. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account page. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
Renewal reminders and price changes. Annual members get a reminder email about 30 days before renewal. If we change a price, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
Founding prices. A “locked for life” or founding price stays the same for as long as that subscription stays active. If you cancel, or your subscription ends because payment fails, the founding price ends with it.
Gift memberships are prepaid for the period purchased, don’t renew automatically, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Business listings
Listings we create. We may list publicly available facts about a business, such as its name, address, phone number, hours, and publicly advertised specials, so people can find it. Business owners can claim a listing for free to correct it, or email us to have it removed.
Claiming and posting. To claim a listing or post a deal, you must be authorized to act for that business. You’re responsible for making sure your deals are accurate, lawful (including alcohol advertising rules), and honored as written. You give us permission to display, format, and promote the business information and deals you submit, on the site, in our emails, and in our marketing. We review submissions and may edit them for clarity, reject them, or remove a listing or deal at our discretion. We may suspend listings that draw repeated complaints.
Featured placement is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe that renews until you cancel (email 915dealsapp@gmail.com and we cancel it for you). It gives your listing extra visibility, such as a gold pin, higher placement, and a spot on our home page, but we can’t promise any particular number of views, visits, or sales. A founding Featured price stays the same while that subscription stays active. We put Featured revenue back into promoting the map, and we decide how and where to spend it.
Ratings, reports, and things you send us
Ratings, reports, and notes you submit must be honest and based on your own experience. You give us permission to use them to run and improve the service. We may remove anything that looks false, abusive, or unlawful.
Our content
The 915 Deals name and logo, the design of the site and map, and the text, guides, photos, ratings summaries and the way deals are selected, organized and written up on 915 Deals are owned by 915 Deals and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links and quote small parts with credit. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell the listings or the database, or build a competing directory from them, without our written permission. The facts of a deal (a price or a day) belong to no one, and each business keeps all rights to its own name, logo and content.
Names and trademarks
Business names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing a business on the map doesn’t mean that business endorses 915 Deals, or that we endorse it, unless it says so.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape or copy the site in bulk, post false deals, ratings, or reports, resell coupons, impersonate a business, or interfere with how the service works. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Other services
Some features open other services, like Google Maps for directions, your phone app for calls, and Stripe for payments. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including about the accuracy or availability of any deal.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 915 Deals isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for anything a business does or fails to do. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $50.
Your responsibility
If you list a business or post content, you agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that come from your content, your deals, or your breaking these terms.
Ending things
You can stop using the site and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. The sections on disclaimers, liability, and disputes still apply afterward.
Disputes
If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be fixed quickly, and we’ll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in El Paso County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we’ll note it on the site or email you before it takes effect.
